What is the base fee?
The base fee covers the costs of maintaining server infrastructure for your account. It also guarantees access to support from our Customer Success team in configuring the tool and technical assistance.
Do I need to purchase all modules?

Does the number of purchased seats have to be identical in all modules?
No, the number of spots can vary between modules.
Do I have to pay for an administrator account?
If a user serves as an administrator and does not actively use the modules, the account is free. There is no limit to the number of administrator and manager accounts.
What is the minimum number of employees required to purchase a subscription?
There is no minimum number of employees required to purchase a subscription.
If I end my cooperation with an employee, do I still need to pay for their account to keep the work history?
Such an employee can be moved to the archive, which will allow you to preserve the work history without incurring charges for their account.
What if I want to change the number of purchased spots during the subscription?
You can make changes to your subscription at any time in the settings of your account.
Do I need to link a payment card?
